About this Wiki
I like math and middle school students like technology. Together we are going to create a wiki that builds a rock solid foundation for algebra.
My goal is for you to know math so well that you:
1. Complete your assignments quickly and without errors
2. Help others who are struggling with math (maybe tutoring for $$$ someday!)
3. Have so much confidence that you take many more math classes in the future

Parents: Go to www.engrade.com to check your student's grade. Allow up to one week for grades to be posted. Note that Semester 1 final grades are posted under GP5. Semester 2 assignments begin in GP6.
Look at specific CA State Standards for daily assignments or download a checklist for the California Standards for Grades 6 and 7
Note: Mrs. Johnson and I both teach from the Algebra 1/2 textbook during first period. The two classes do NOT follow the same syllabus or grading scale. Students receive additional support specific to areas of math strength and weakness. Please contact me for any concerns about placement and pacing.---Mrs. Nisan
